Action list
The one home of your actions — every action with its owner, due date, status and measured outcome; a Suggested inbox of what the platform found; and three tools folded underneath.
Overview
The Action list (Actions › Action list) is where the work lives. Every action the platform raised or you added is a row here, and every row says who owns it, when it is due, where it stands and — once it has been completed and measured — what it did.
There is no score on this page. An earlier version ranked suggestions on a 0–100 "impact score" and showed an "Engine Leverage" grid; both were retired as measures that could not be checked against anything. What replaced them is plainer: the list is ordered by due date, then priority, and each suggestion carries the sentence the module actually measured.
The list
Filters at the top narrow the list by status, owner, question type and source. The strip under them shows one tile per status with its count — click a tile to filter to it.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Action | The title, its kind, and where it came from (a finding, the Content plan, a citation source, by hand…). |
| Question / pool it targets | Which of the four question types the action is about, inherited from the finding that raised it. |
| Owner | The team member it is assigned to, or "Unassigned". |
| Due | The due date. A date that has passed on an unfinished action is marked overdue. |
| Status | One of six: Open · In progress · Completed · Verified · Failed verification · Dismissed. The same six words appear everywhere an action's status is shown. |
| Outcome | Where the measurement stands: Not started · Measuring · Verified · Failed verification · Not enough answers yet to measure. The size of the change is not printed yet: today's verification reads a project-wide blended score the dictionary retired, and the change in points on the action's own question type arrives when the per-pool verification ships. |
Click a row to open the action's panel: description, checklist, verification result and the status controls. Verified and Failed verification are set by the measurement, never by hand — see Action verification.
+ New action adds a row by hand.
Suggested
Below the list, a collapsible inbox of what the platform's modules found that is not on your list yet, grouped by where it came from:
- Website readiness — from the last Website readiness check.
- Content coverage — from the Content plan and its measured page coverage.
- Question gap — from the Content coverage gaps.
- Citation source — pages answer engines cite in your category that do not mention you.
Each row carries the module's evidence sentence and an Add to list button. Adding goes through the same pipeline as every other action, deduplication included — a suggestion that is already on your list says so instead of being added twice. Open jumps to the module that measured it.
Tools
Three tools sit folded under the list. They are unchanged in what they do:
- Citation Optimizer — reads your page and the pages answer engines actually cite in your category through the same reader, and shows which citability signals yours is behind on (statistics, quotations, cited sources, question-form headings, tables, schema, authorship, dates, JavaScript dependence), each with its fix.
- Off-Site Sources — where the answers in your niche source from, per engine, built from the citations in your own captured answers; list pages engines already cite that do not include you; and platform notes.
- llms.txt Generator — an
llms.txtfile built from your claim library and tracked pages. No major answer engine reads this file today; host it because it costs nothing, not because it moves visibility.
Plan requirements
The Action list reads your existing project data and is available on every plan. The Suggested inbox fills from the modules you have run (the Website readiness check and the Content plan carry their own plan gates).
