Date Ranges

Reports can cover:

PeriodBest For
Last 7 daysQuick status checks, weekly updates
Last 30 daysMonthly reporting, performance reviews
Last 90 daysQuarterly reviews, trend analysis
Custom rangeSpecific date windows for campaigns or events

Voice Register

Every report is written in one of three voice registers, controlling tone and reading style. Choose at generation time, or set a project default in Settings > Project.

RegisterToneBest For
Strategic BriefForward-looking, opinionated, executive-action focusStrategy reviews, board updates, decision documents
Performance ReviewMeasured, evidence-led, balanced wins and gapsMonthly reporting, retrospectives, account reviews
Executive SnapshotTight, calm, headline-firstTime-poor leadership, weekly digests

Voice applies across all narrative sections (Period in Review, executive summary commentary, recommendations) but does not change the data — same metrics, same charts, different framing. When a report is shared via a live share link, the recipient sees the same voice the original was generated with.
